Our team will respond within 24 hours with a personalised itinerary and quote. For fixed departure tours, book at least 14 days before departure.

Yes. Customisation is India Tours' core service. We can build itineraries around photography, birding, gastronomy, spiritual journeys, adventure, architecture, or any combination. Tell us your travel dates, budget, interests, and hotel preference — we design the itinerary around you, not the other way around.

India Tours accepts payment in USD, GBP, EUR, AED, CAD, and INR. Payment methods include international bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, and Western Union. A deposit is typically required to confirm the booking, with the balance due before the tour begins. Full payment terms are provided with your booking confirmation.

For customised private tours, we recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance. For peak season (October–March), 4–8 weeks advance booking is advisable, especially for popular hotels. Fixed departure group tours should be booked at least 14 days before the departure date. Last-minute enquiries are welcome — contact us and we'll do our best.
